Welcome to The Card Hut! By participating in our breaks and using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Terms

  • By purchasing a spot in a break, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service.
  • The Card Hut reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
  • Participation in breaks is a form of gambling, as there is no guarantee of value return. Please participate responsibly.

2. Age Requirement & Permission

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country to participate in breaks and make purchases. In most regions, this is 18 years old.
  • If you are under the age of majority, you must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase.
  • The Card Hut is not responsible for purchases made by minors without parental consent.

3. Break Participation

  • Breaks involve the opening of trading card boxes, cases, or packs where participants purchase spots based on teams, players, or serial numbers.
  • Spots may be selected or randomly assigned, depending on the break format.
  • All sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be issued once a break is filled.

4. Payment & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in full before a break begins.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price listed at the time of purchase is final.
  • Shipping costs are included in the final purchase price unless otherwise stated.

5. Break Schedule & Live Streams

  • Breaks will take place once all spots are filled.
  • Updates and announcements will be posted on X (@TheCardHut) and YouTube (The Card Hut).
  • Participants are responsible for staying informed about their break schedules.

6. Shipping & Handling

  • All cards will be securely shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days after the break.
  • Cards will be shipped in bubble mailers or boxes, depending on quantity.
  • The Card Hut is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once they are in USPS custody.
  • Customers must ensure that their shipping address is correct. The Card Hut is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Card Condition Disclaimer

  • The Card Hut is not responsible for factory defects, centering issues, surface scratches, print lines, or any other imperfections on cards that are pulled during breaks.
  • We do not guarantee that cards will receive a specific grade if submitted to a grading company (PSA, BGS, etc.).
  • All cards are handled with care and shipped securely to protect their condition as best as possible.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of breaking, refunds will not be issued once a spot is purchased.
  • If a break is canceled for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or store credit.

9. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

  • By purchasing a spot in a break, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes through your payment provider.
  • If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact @thecardhut@gmail.com to resolve the issue.
  • Chargebacks filed without prior communication will result in a ban from future breaks and possible legal action to recover funds.

10. No Guarantees & Liability

  • The Card Hut does not guarantee that participants will receive cards of specific value.
  • The value of cards fluctuates based on market conditions. The Card Hut is not responsible for perceived value loss.
  • The Card Hut is not affiliated with Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, or any other trading card manufacturer.

11. Privacy & Personal Information

  • Personal information collected during transactions (e.g., name, shipping address, email) will only be used for order fulfillment and customer communication.
  • The Card Hut will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

12. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a spot in a break or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
